  • Cardio-Daily Feed the Wolf -legs heart lungs!(ENDURANCE)

  • Strength-daily Chin ups and Push ups

  • Nutrition- daily -Eat Clean manage weight!

  • Maintaining good grades

  • Get Plenty of Rest
